We are Project Safe and Bright, Inc, a Not-for-Profit based in the Carolinas region of the U.S.A. We are a registered business with the N.C. Secretary of State as a Non Profit Corporation and a IRS recognized 501c3 non-profit with an EIN of 86-3099376.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you enter your information to report a light outage we may share your information with the party responsible for the repair for follow=up.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We also send your data to the light outage vendor for repair processing.
