Ross Brigman

President & Founder – Project Safe & Bright, Inc

Ross Brigman serves as the President & Founder of Project Safe & Bright, Inc. He started this organization as a community volunteer, during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020. Ross was a resident of Charlotte, NC for 10+ years living in the 4th ward area of Uptown. Now, Ross resides in the S.C. region focusing on the nonprofit mission in that area. During his time in Charlotte, Ross also led Stonewall Sports Charlotte, another Not-for-profit organization located in Charlotte, NC. Prior to moving to Charlotte, Ross also served on the board of Wallace Rescue Squad in Wallace, SC as the Captain of the organization. You could say Ross is no stranger to volunteering or leading Not-for-profits. During daytime hours he works for OptumInsight as a Sr. Customer Success Manager and on nights and weekends he volunteers for Project Safe & Bright and Wallace Fire Rescue in Marlboro County, SC.

Michael, a resident of Charlotte since 2002,  joined the Board of Directors in April 2021 as the Secretary. He has a passion for community safety and is excited to bring non-profit leadership to the Board.

Michael Rodriguez is a Commercial Client Relationship Manager and Vice President at Aquesta Bank. Michael has more than 18 years of experience in commercial lending, wealth management and other areas of the financial services industry. Prior to joining Aquesta Bank, he was most recently with The Mint Museum as Associate Director of Corporate Relations in Charlotte and a wealth advisor at PNC Bank and US Trust prior. 

Michael was one of the founders of a D&I Employee Business Resource Group at PNC Bank. He has participated in the community through work as a former board member for various non-profit organizations. His ongoing philanthropic work includes currently serving as the board secretary for The Plus Collective non-profit and a general member for Farewell to Summer.
